Rt. Hon Comr. Enete Uchenna MNIM, FOSHA hails from Amogbo Okutu in Nsukka local Government Area of Enugu State. He holds Higher National Diploma (HND Upper credit ) from Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri, Imo State, Bachelor of Science(B. Sc, 2nd class upper division ) degree in chemistry from National open University and Master of Science (M. SC) degree in Environmental Chemistry from Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Uli, Anambra State. He is currently pursuing PHD degree in environmental Chemistry from Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Uli. He is a member of Chemical Society of Nigeria (CSN), Member Canada Institute of Chemistry (CIC) and corporate member of Nigeria Institute of Science Laboratory Technologist (NISLT). He is a Chief supretendent of police (CSP) in supernumerary section of Nigeria police force Prior to joining the Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri, Comr. Enete Uchenna has had over 6 years experience in Marketing, Credit and Banking.  He joined the services of Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri as a Technologist ll and he is currently a principal Technologist in the department of Chemistry /Biochemistry. He is an entrepreneur and sits at the board of different reputable Organizations. He served as the  THE SPECIAL ADVISER to the Former Governor of Enugu.Currently the Deputy Dean, Division of students affairs and also SPECIAL ADVISER to the Rector on Governing Council matters.He has attended several workshops, conferences and management training within and outside the country. He is a devote Christian and a community manHe holds first class  TRADITIONAL Title of  (OSINANWANTA 1) .Comr. Enete Uchenna is the founder of FRANCES AND JOSEPHINE Enete Humanitarian foundation (A foundation that has provided start up supports grants to the youth and shelter to windows). He is the President of LMRSC. He is married to Mrs Enete Mfonabasi Uchenna and the marriage is blessed with 3 children.
